Urban Buddy is based at 173 Bancroft Terrace in Deception Bay. Our support workers come to you, at home or out in the community, and some sessions run at Urban Buddy Farm on the same property.
We cover Deception Bay and nearby suburbs like Redcliffe, Scarborough, North Lakes, Burpengary, Narangba, Morayfield and Caboolture, along with the rest of South East Queensland. We match each person with a support worker who suits them.
Support we offer in Deception Bay
- In-home support: help with personal care, cleaning, laundry, meals and respite.
- Capacity building: practising everyday skills like cooking, budgeting and communication.
- Community access: getting out to events, the gym, sport and social groups, with transport.
- Farm sessions: gardening and time with the animals at Urban Buddy Farm.
We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.

Yes, all three. If you’re not sure how your plan is managed, call us and we can help you work it out.
Do you only work in Deception Bay?
No. Deception Bay is our base, and we support NDIS participants across South East Queensland.
Can I do sessions at the farm?
